“The service was great! The guys at valet were so friendly and welcoming,then the people at the check in desk were just as friendly. I had dinner alone,and the staff at the Chinese restaurant helped me right away and stopped by to check on how I was doing many times. Later that night we went down for a sandwich and the bar tender took our order and was so friendly,he just made us feel right at home. We will definitely come back and stay every chance we get! “The Reno Luxury Resort is actually the Grand Sierra Resort. The rooms were top notch,very comfortable beds and very clean–The Grand Sierra is a very clean Resort. $3 movies in the theater . Better buffet than some of the other casinos,and did I say our room was clean? “We had 6 small children in our group so we were very pleased to walk into the hotel registration area near slot machines and the whole area was smoke-free. The Swimming pool is great for families and the children enjoyed the spa. Lunch Service at the poolside bar was very good. Tacos were excellent.
